Who doesn’t love the beautiful liquid song with a downward lilt that belongs to the Woodlark. We’ll go in search of these mystic birds – sadly lost to Gloucestershire. We’ll need to leave early to have the best chance of catching them, depart from Cheapside Carpark at 7:00am aiming to arrive at Greenham Common (Greenham Control Tower and Cafe car park) .
This is also a great site for Dartford Warbler – though challenging to find. We have the option to go on from here to Keyhaven for the rest of the day.
